    As an essential trace element, zinc is an important component of numerous enzymes in the human body. Zinc also plays an important role in skin, hair and nail health, as zinc supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Zinc also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

    Oxidative stress is caused, for example, by stress, an unhealthy diet, lack of sleep or UV radiation. Free radicals are formed, which can also affect the external appearance. Antioxidants such as zinc neutralise free radicals and restore the balance of cell metabolism.

    The elasticity of the skin depends on its fluid content, as our skin cells store water. It is recommended to drink 2-3 litres of water a day, which promotes the metabolism and therefore a healthy complexion. During physical activity such as sport or in the heat, the body loses both fluid and valuable electrolytes through heavy sweating. These include the minerals sodium, potassium and chloride. It is important that the excess fluid and electrolytes are replenished.

    Dissolve 1 sachet (5.0 g) in 200 ml of water and drink twice daily.
