    The body's acid-base balance is a complex system that relies on the co-operation of various endogenous buffer systems to maintain a constant pH value. As long as this state of equilibrium is maintained, all metabolic processes can run optimally. However, a diet rich in acid-forming foods such as meat, cheese and sweets can disrupt the balance and lead to hyperacidity in the body. In the long term, symptoms such as restless sleep, tiredness and fatigue can occur.

    AlkalaX contains alkaline minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. The additional trace element zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism. Calcium and magnesium support normal energy metabolism, while magnesium can also reduce tiredness and fatigue.

    Magnesium, potassium and zinc are available in citrate quality to enable the best possible absorption of the micronutrients. Due to their high bioavailability, citrates are absorbed quickly and efficiently by the body.

    Dissolve 1 sachet (5.0 g) in 200 ml of water and drink twice daily.
