    Within our body, magnesium is involved in the function of 300 different enzymes. Magnesium is a particularly important mineral for active athletes and anyone who regularly challenges their body. It plays an essential role in muscle contraction and muscle regeneration and therefore contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium also supports the electrolyte balance.

    The contained magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin B6 contribute to a normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    CitraMagX 400 combines these three micronutrients in one sachet for convenient intake. Citrate-quality magnesium is used for optimum nutrient absorption.

  • consumption recommendation:

    Dissolve 1 sachet (5.0 g) in 200 ml of water and drink twice daily.
